We often get this question: what will happen in a tantric couple session...

Welcoming

Well, first of all, we expect you to come on time. Once you arrived to our studio, you will be received by our therapists and invited in the therapy room.

Talk with the therapists

This is a very important part of your session. The talk with our therapists will create the connection, allow you to express your thoughts and desires for the session, will make us understand where you’re at in your life at the moment and will allow us to create a safe space for you as a couple.

During the discussion, we will also set the boundaries.

The shower

Before starting the session, you will be invited to take a shower, together with your partner or by yourself.

We see the shower as a ritual and also as a hygiene practice.

The experience

After the shower you will come back to the room and lay down on the mattress, covered in the towel or the sarong. Your therapists will follow you shortly.

Now, it’s time to relax and enjoy.. and depending on your openness and level of relaxation, you can explore the sensual energy from a very pleasurable level to a very deep, healing level.

Normally, the session takes place in two separate rooms with two therapists.

You can opt for same room treatment, but from our experience, we would recommend separate rooms so you can both focus on your own processes and not feel inhibited to express yourselves.

Each of you is likely to feel increased states of pleasure, deep relaxation, enhanced ability to love and a higher control over the energies.

We start with relaxation techniques and continue with exploring the erotic energy using different kinds of touches, tantric breathing, long sensual strokes and (if comfortable) body to body massage.

During the session you can also have the lingam and yoni massage. These are very soft and gentle massages, specially designed to awaken and build up sexual energy in the pelvic area.

Using special tantric techniques, we will play with your sexual energy and try to move it and diffuse it throughout the whole body for an expanded experience of pleasure, well-being and rejuvenation.

The key with tantric massage is to be open and allow your body wisdom to express - and the more you are ready to give up the expectations, the more you can benefit from it.

In addition, in a couple session these energies amplify and the partners often feel a beautiful connection, expansion, love and desire for each other.

We have a deep respect for your vulnerability and safety therefore all that you will experience in our studio will happen only with your full consent and within the agreed boundaries.

The closure

After the massage, both of you together with your therapists will meet again in one of the rooms. There you will have a beautiful closure and you will be encouraged to share your experience.

Some couples like to share, whereas other couples are more introverted and need time to let the experience sink within themselves.
